Our Technical Director, Gary, and Site Supervisor, Joe, won the lynchpin title in November for going above and beyond and always delivering their work with a positive and friendly attitude whatever the pressure!
Our Lynchpin reward scheme is to recognise our staff for all of their amazing and hard work! As part of the scheme they receive a £100 Amazon voucher and a steel lynchpin. At the end of the year the staff member with the most Lynchpins wins a weekend away!
